Bicycle Parts & E-Bike Components
Source drivetrain, braking, and electronic components for road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel rigs, and electric bikes. Search by Shimano series or SRAM model code.
Where to Find Your Model or Part Number
To guarantee 100% compatibility, check these standard locations for model badges, OEM stampings, and serial numbers:
- Shimano Components: Stamped on the rear/inner face of the component (e.g. RD-R7000 on rear derailleur)
- Frames: Stamped on underside of bottom bracket shell (serial number)
- E-Bike Motors: Data sticker on the bottom underside of the motor drive unit (e.g. Bosch Performance Line CX)
Frequently Replaced Components & Spares
Rear Derailleurs & Hangers
Clutch rear derailleurs and CNC replacement frame hanger brackets
Chains & Hyperglide Cassettes
8, 9, 10, 11, and 12-speed directional chains and wide-range cassettes
Hydraulic Disc Brake Pads
Resin organic, metallic sintered, and semi-metallic disc brake pads
Bottom Brackets
BSA threaded, Hollowtech II, BB30, and PressFit bottom bracket bearings
Common Symptoms & Fault Diagnostics
| Observed Symptom | Likely Root Cause | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| Gears jump and skip when applying hard pedalling pressure | Elongated/stretched chain skipping over worn cassette teeth | Check chain wear with a chain checker tool and replace chain & cassette |
| Hydraulic disc brakes feel spongy and lever pulls to handlebar | Air bubbles in hydraulic line or worn brake pads | Inspect pad thickness and perform mineral oil / DOT brake bleed |
Compatibility Verification Checklist
Before ordering replacement components, verify these technical specifications to avoid returns:
Match exact drivetrain speed count (e.g. 10-speed vs 11-speed have different cable pull ratios)
Verify brake pad shape code (e.g. Shimano B01S / B05S vs L05A road finned)
How to Photograph Your Part for AI Identification
- 1Photograph the stamped model code on the inner face of the derailleur or brake calliper.
